Multicheck® Professional is a professional assessment tool which is designed modularly and can be assembled in custom-made packages to meet all demands. Currently three different types of modules with the following themes exist: cognitive abilities, educational background and personal characteristics. The cognitive ability and educational background modules are standardized for the following professional categories (more will follow shortly and when required) at present:

• Technology (electronics, mechanics, information technology)

• Economy and administration

• Health services

After registration the candidate completes the assessment online at the future employer or in a specific Multicheck test centre. Single as well as group assessments are possible. The HR manager can immediately access the result after completion and save it as a PDF-file or print it directly. An interpretation example indicates which conclusions may be drawn from the results.

Use, is very flexible for both the HR managers and the candidates, due to the analysis being on the Internet. The results are presented in easily readable charts to enable quick and simple interpretation.
