Throughout Switzerland Multicheck is the largest provider of occupational aptitude assessments and competence analyses for adolescents about to enter employment. Multicheck® Junior is therefore the hallmark of our company. Annually more than 30’000 adolescents looking for an apprenticeship complete the Multicheck® Junior. Besides the educational background, Multicheck also examines the potential (logic, problem solving, memorization, visual thinking and power of concentration) of candidates during this assessment, which is partly written and partly computer-based. We evaluate the results of these tested abilities for six different occupational areas with altogether over 70 individual professions.

Within five to seven working days the candidates receive an evaluation on maximum two A4 pages, which is easy to interpret and can be enclosed in their letters of application. Multicheck complies with strict scientific standards. The consistent scientific back-up from approved universities and universities of applied sciences is therefore very important for Multicheck. The Multicheck® Junior was subject of a comprehensive scientific survey at the University of Bern two years ago.
